1. Introduction

Welcome to BlazingPlastic. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, BlazingPlastic.ge, and our services. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products

BlazingPlastic specializes in 3D-printed accessories, tools, and more. All products are made using high-quality materials. Please note that minor imperfections may occur due to the 3D printing process, but these do not affect functionality or overall quality.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed through our website.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of out-of-stock products, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. However, this does not guarantee fulfillment until the order is processed and shipped.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GEL (Georgian Lari). We accept credit/debit cards and other available online payment methods. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping 

We offer nationwide delivery within Georgia. Shipping costs depend on your location.

Same-day delivery – Available in Tbilisi for orders placed before 11 AM (Monday–Saturday).

Regional delivery – Orders outside Tbilisi are delivered within 2-3 business days.

Free shipping – For orders 60 GEL or more.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect.
Customized or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of BlazingPlastic unless stated otherwise. Content may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Liability

BlazingPlastic is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of our products, except in cases of proven negligence.
3D-printed toys should always be used under adult supervision.
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website, and continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
